Penny West was truly an exceptional realtor. As a first time seller, I was initially intimidated by the process. I explained this to her and she was able to review the process very clearly and explained her views on every decision. She had no problem discussing market value and pricing with me which resulted in putting an accurate number on my home. She nailed this and I ended up getting over the asking price.

She also went out of her way to be available whenever something needed to be done. At one point she even got her hands dirty helping with beautifying the landscaping and bringing additional flowers to plant. I am very grateful to have had her through this process. A true success story!
